Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

CrystaBright Window Cleaning+ provides professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft wash, screen cleaning, and solar panel cleaning services. Gutter cleaning is no longer offered and is excluded from all service packages.

2. 

Service Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that CrystaBright technicians have clear and safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing obstructions.

3. 

Water & Power Access

Clients agree to provide access to an external water source and/or electrical outlet (if needed for screen cleaning or specialty tools).

4. 

Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe working conditions. Clients will be notified and offered the next available appointment.

5. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, credit/debit, and check (made payable to CrystaBright Window Cleaning+).

Late payments over 7 days may incur a $25 fee.

6. 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

7. 

Screen & Surface Disclaimer

While every precaution is taken, older or sun-damaged screens, seals, and frames may be fragile and can become damaged during the cleaning process. CrystaBright is not liable for pre-existing wear or damage.

Soft wash and pressure washing are performed using industry-standard techniques. We are not liable for damage caused by previously compromised surfaces (e.g., peeling paint, loose stucco, cracked windows).

8. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a service fee.

9. 

Photo Usage Consent

CrystaBright may take before-and-after photos of your property for quality control and marketing purposes. No identifying address or personal information will ever be shared.
